Ken Blanchard is one of the most influential management experts of the past century. Among his many awards are Amazon.com's hall of fame for being one their 25 best-selling authors of all-time, The HRD hall of fame from Training magazine and the Golden-Gavel award from Toastmasters International. His books have sold over 18 million copies worldwide and spawned a set of Ken Blanchard videos by the same names includingWhale Done, Gung Ho, The Bob Knowlton Story and Leadership and the One Minute Manager.

Ken was born and raised in the New York area and received his masters from Colgate University and his PHD from Cornell.
