In June 2019, Connecticut Governor Ned Lamont signed the "Time's Up" Act into law, mandating sexual harassment training for all employees in businesses with three or more workers. The law requires that the training be interactive and last two hours.
This newly developed program, tailored explicitly for supervisors, consists of 13 comprehensive sections:
