Electronic Harassment is Still Harassment – Manager Version

Electronic harassment is the use of computers, cell phones, or other electronic devices to threaten, embarrass, intimidate, harass, or humiliate co-workers or other persons in the workplace.

Managers can be sued and held liable or even terminated for participating in or failing to stop electronic harassment. This includes those actions committed outside the workplace and with personal devices.
